Not only is planning responsibly of the utmost importance to us at RSG, so is running our business responsibly. Due to the COVID-19 situation, we have implemented a few things to be sure we are doing our part to prevent the spread and make our office environment one that our client family feels comfortable visiting.
Moving forward, our usual handshakes will be on brief hiatus. We would gladly “air five” (or ten) you should you so desire- 😊. While we have always thoroughly cleaned each conference room following a client visit, we are implementing a few additional steps to help strengthen our commitment to providing a safe environment. Above the normal cleaning, we will be disinfecting office areas between visits in detail and taking additional pre-cautions with areas and items that come in to contact with multiple users (common areas, restrooms, door handles, remote controls, keyboards, etc.). Our team members have been instructed to wash their hands frequently and follow with the use of hand sanitizer. Any team members who present any symptoms of COVID-19 will be sent home and not allowed to return to work until they are symptom free and/or seen by a medical professional and cleared to return to work should they be diagnosed with COVID-19. Team members living with someone who has symptoms of COVID-19 will also not be allowed to work until that person is symptom free and/or cleared by a medical professional.
In regard to our clients, visitors and vendors, we highly encourage any clients/visitors with symptoms of COVID-19, or living with anyone who exhibits symptoms of COVID-19, to conduct business via telephone rather than coming in to the office. We are also encouraging visitors to wash hands frequently. And last but not least, in addition to these common sense precautions, we will be staying up to date on the situation through the use of reliable sources of information such as the CDC.
